Godzilla MKTG Partner Program Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or participating in the Godzilla MKTG Partner Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from accessing or using the program.
Eligibility: To be eligible for the Godzilla MKTG Partner Program, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By applying to the program, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.
Program Membership: Upon approval into the program, you will be granted membership status. Godzilla MKTG reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
Annual Fee: The Godzilla MKTG Partner Program has an associated annual fee of $3,247, payable upon approval into the program. This fee covers access to all program features, resources, and ongoing support. The fee is non-refundable.
Monthly Maintenance Fee: Participating partners are subject to an ongoing $99 monthly maintenance fee, ensuring continued access to program benefits and resources.
Commission Structure: Partners earn a commission of starting at 35% and up to 40% on products and 20% on services. Commissions are subject to the terms outlined in the program and may be adjusted at the discretion of Godzilla MKTG.
Certification Course: All partners are required to complete a 90-day certification course to receive an extra 5% commission raise. Successful completion of the course is mandatory for continued participation in the program.
Educational Opportunities: Partners have access to ongoing education through exclusive webinars and resources provided by Godzilla MKTG. Participation in educational opportunities is encouraged for professional development.
Termination of Membership: Godzilla MKTG reserves the right to terminate a partner's membership at any time for violations of the terms of use, fraudulent activities, or any other reasons deemed necessary by Godzilla MKTG. In the event of termination, the annual fee is non-refundable.
Modifications to Terms: Godzilla MKTG reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time. It is the responsibility of the partner to review the terms regularly. Continued participation in the program after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Arizona.
